| 2 oz. First Blush Juice (either Cabernet or Merlot) 6 oz. non-fat yogurt 1 cup fresh strawberries Handful of ice |

| 1. | Blend all ingredients together until the desired consistency is reached. | ||

| Ingredients: | |||
| 1 cup First Blush Juice (either Cabernet or Merlot) 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk or regular low-fat milk 2 ice cubes 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks 2-4 tablespoons protein powder (optinal) |

| 1. | In a blender combine the First Blush Juice with soymilk, ice cubes, banana and protein powder (optional). Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. | ||
